This in turn, decreases the individual's dependence on nursing staff as well as preserving the overall health and well-being of the individual. For those residents whose goal is to return home, treatment focuses on strengthening skills to ensure safe functioning in the home.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapists work with individuals to regain their independence enabling them to live productive, satisfying lives performing all normal activities of daily living.

Physical Therapy

Speech Language Pathology

Speech Language Pathologists provide evaluation and treatments for residents with language, voice articulation, and speech disorders. They are also trained to address swallowing disorders, work with laryngectomy patients and provide augmentative communication.
